About the role
This exciting new role is part of The Prospection Plant Team aimed at supporting the current and future Business Development Team, that’s fondly named The Wisdom Farm.
The main purpose of the role is to qualify the leads coming from upstream, guiding them through the business discovery journey to the most adequate department, i.e. the best Wisdom Farm Sector.
If you are passionate about inbound qualifying techniques, detail-oriented and collaborative, then we might have the perfect opportunity for you.
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in qualifying inbound pipeline.
Preference in previous experience working in a SaaS company.
Dynamic and proactive mindset.
Outstanding speaking & relationship engagement skills, with high attention to detail. Experience working in the farming industry is preferred, but not a requirement.

Demonstrable experience in inbound qualifying processes.
Demonstrable business acumen.
Charisma, ambition, resilience, and strong communication skills.
Know your data to hit your numbers.
Avid learner: constantly acquire new skills and don’t be afraid of trying something new. Knowledge can become the pilot of the soul.
Native Portuguese, proficiency in English. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
Be responsible, organized and productive.
What will you do?
Work on a forever-growing list of leads acquired by the upstream team.
Qualify and filter leads according to a well-defined, constantly updated set of rules, guiding them through the best Sector in The Wisdom Farm.
Close the sale if the opportunity comes.
Improve the process, tools & tactics of The Wisdom Farm team to grow their impact on generating sales pipeline. Track every interaction in the CRM and prepare periodic internal reports.
Support marketing initiatives around brand awareness, market positioning and demand generation.
